OmPM, a Flat Fee property management company currently has 80+ SFH doors under portfolio mapped in and around Houston area and started growing in Austin. We are adding properties organically by word of mouth.

With our property management expertise, we offer rental make ready services for investors and remodeling/renovation services to Homeowners under Om Property Solutions(OmPS). We also buy UGLY Homes for cash and wholesale the property to our investors or flip them after renovation.

Going above the normal, we also understand the value of properly securing assets, so his team offers independent insurance agency service under Om Insurance & Financial Group(OmIFG).

Adding all our expertise in real estate, we decided to venture to property development. That’s how Om Developers was born. Om Developers is building Trendy Homes and developing Friendly Communities to help gentrification in north part of Houston. So far we have completed 5 projects and 2 big projects are under way now as of Jan 2023.

After listing to many small investors, we are working on providing Passive Investment opportunities who like to put away money for few years and don’t worry about it. Always looking out for good Multi-family Syndication deals, for our investors if they don’t want to be active investors.
